Job Description
Note:This position requires employees to be onsite five days a week at the Irvine CA office.

Our client is a wellestablished legal practice dedicated to advocating for injured workers across California. They specialize in workers compensation cases and are committed to ensuring their clients receive the benefits they deserve.
Job Description
- Manage a caseload of workers compensation cases ensuring timely progress and resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients keeping them informed and updated throughout the case process.
- Communicate with medical providers insurance companies and other parties to gather necessary documentation.
- Organize and maintain case files ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation including scheduling hearings depositions and appointments.
- Draft correspondence and legal documents as directed by attorneys.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- At least 1 year of experience on the applicant side in workers compensation
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
