We are seeking an experienced Education Practice Leader who is passionate about designing healthcare spaces and discovering each clients unique vision. Whether the project is large or small we want someone who thrives on creating solutions that enhance the functionality and experience of K12 environments.
How youll make an impact
- Collaborate on projects in the K12 markets
- Oversee projects from concept to final construction documents
- Document design work from initial presentations to technical drawings
- Maintain strong communication with clients fostering longterm relationships
- Contribute to the development and refinement of design concepts throughout all project phases
Qualifications
Were looking for passionate driven selfstarters. To be successful you should have:
- Extensive experience in K12 building design
- 15 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong knowledge of the architectural design process
- The ability to manage multiple fastpaced projects effectively
- A solid understanding of materials and products relevant to healthcare design
- Independent problemsolving skills
- Advanced proficiency in architectural software
- Professional presence with strong communication skills
- The ability to collaborate with inhouse teams across multiple office locations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Bluebeam Revit and Adobe Suite
- Preferred knowledge of Newforma Project Center SketchUp and MS Office 365
