Operations Assistant
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our growing team in Phoenix Arizona. The ideal candidate is a gogetter who is taskoriented loves learning new things and is a selfmotivated team player.
The Operations Assistant is responsible for an array of operational duties that support the broader Client Service Team. A successful Operations Assistant may not have Financial Services experience but is passionate about learning the industry and building a longterm career with a valuesdriven organization.
This role is based in our Phoenix office and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after completion of a successful introductory period.
Core Functions:
- Serve as the primary contact for custodians and ensure Salesforce is updated with accurate paperwork status and client information.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Support quarterly reporting
- Assist the operations team with administrative tasks and contribute to firmwide projects as needed.
- Prepare for client meetings updating relevant systems and communicating to appropriate Team Members.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 01 years of corporate work experience in customer service operations or administration or relevant university coursework and/or internship experience
- Clientfirst attitude
- Handles confidential and highly sensitive information with ultimate discretion
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
- Selfstarter with the ability to execute tasks with little oversight
- Excellent ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
