**MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN**Position Responsibilities
- Perform varied duties as needed to install and maintain production machines and the facilitys equipment.
- Provide unscheduled repairs of inoperable production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service times.
- Install wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as conveyors and programmable controllers.
- Perform repairs including mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic plumbing etc.
- Read and interpret work orders to perform requires maintenance and service.
- Perform regular Preventive Maintenance (PM) on machines equipment and plant facilities.
- Uses a variety of hand and power tools electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Must follow safe work practices and comply with all company federal and state rules and regulations which apply to the job including but not limited to emergency evacuation electrical safety confined space Blood borne pathogens and lockout/tag out.
- Must keep the work area clean neat and organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- High School or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience
- This position requires working varied hours and/or weekend work.

Training Requirements
1. TTP Orientation.
2. Company Basic practices;Safety QA & HR Policy.
3. Standard OperatingProcedure Manual Latest Edition.
Work Environment
Position requires to be exposed to High temperaturesdepending on the season. The position also requires to be exposed to noiselevels ranging from moderate to high.
Physical Demands
The employee is required to stoop kneel crouch or employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must frequently liftand/or move items over 50 vision abilities required bythis job include close vision distance vision and color vision.
