Bachelors degree and at least 15 years of demonstrated related experience. Minimum five years of experience leading and managing highperforming teams. Masters degree preferred. Entrepreneurial approach high tolerance for ambiguity. Ability to workindependentlyinfluenceandcommunicateacrossalllevelsofmanagementinbothmarketingandcrossfunctionalteams. Must possess strong leadership business analytical oral and written communication presentation and superior interpersonal skills to facilitate effective relationships both within and outside of Mayo Clinic; solid organizational and project management skills;strategicjudgment; theabilitytofunctioneffectivelyinacomplexandoftenambiguousenvironmentwithconsensusstyleoperationthatexpectsand promotes teamwork. Must have experience managing and leading teams. Meets deadlines with enthusiasm and confidence.
