The Holy Family Pastorate is seeking a passionate Catholic dedicated to being missionary disciple through Gods Love to serve in the full time role of Director of Discipleship in the parishes of St Lawrence Parish in Milbank St Mary Parish in Clear Lake St Charles Parish in Big Stone and Annunciation Parish in Revillo.
The Director of Discipleship and Evangelization will give direction to evangelization and discipleship efforts in the Pastorate by incorporating a personal expression of the Bishops vision of being a lifelong Catholic missionary disciple through Gods love. Duties will include attending to active parishioners the inactive community and the unchurched. The successful candidate will have a direct impact on the renewal and formation of ministries within the Pastorate and provide outreach and welcome toward those not active or connected with the Church.
The responsibilities of the position include fostering conversion and growth in discipleship among the faithful developing a welcoming community animating and equipping parishioners to evangelize by witness word and action and enhancing communication within and beyond the Pastorate community.
