Are you a fluent (C2 and above) local French speaker in Porto Looking for an exciting opportunity
Then look no further! Join Our Team as a Customer Support Representative!
Location: Onsite in Porto
Schedule: Monday to Saturday rotating shifts (7 AM 7 PM)
Job Overview:
Assist customers with subscription billing technical troubleshooting and other inquiries.
Offer personalized solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
Fluent French (C2) native or advanced proficiency.
Positive attitude strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
