Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and resultsoriented Senior Outlet Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of outlet operations. This role requires strong leadership capabilities deep knowledge of F&B operations and a focus on maximizing efficiency guest satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the outlet ensuring a smooth and highquality guest experience.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency and boost overall performance.
- Manage coach and motivate the team to deliver toptier service.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality presentation and hygiene are consistently maintained.
- Monitor key financial metrics including sales cost control and profitability.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and food hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee inventory levels supplier relationships and stock control processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain operational alignment and service consistency.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of F&B experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Strong leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Solid understanding of budgeting cost control and financial reporting.
- Proven track record in staff supervision training and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Experience in fine dining luxury hospitality or highvolume restaurant operations.
- Ability to increase sales through effective marketing and upselling strategies.
- Familiarity with current food trends guest preferences and market positioning.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and team motivation.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and waste reduction in F&B environments.
