Were recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a wellknown country pub on the outskirts of Basingstoke. Its a fulltime handson role for someone confident running a kitchen and delivering consistently high standards.
About the role
Youll be responsible for all aspects of kitchen service from leading daily prep and service to ordering stock management and team training. This is a busy kitchen so youll need to be organised reliable and able to keep standards tight. Youll have the freedom to influence the menu and help grow the food side of the business. A performancerelated bonus of 5000 is in place for the right person.

Working hours
5 days a week Approximately 45 hours a week

Minimum 5 years experience running a kitchen
Strong cooking ability and leadership skills
