We are working on behalf of a toptier nationwide law firm that is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE and solid experience handling motor claims ideally in a defendant setting. Based in their thriving Manchester office this is an exciting opportunity to join a highperforming and supportive team with access to highquality work and strong career progression.
The Role:
Manage a caseload of litigated motor claims (including RTA liability credit hire personal injury etc.)
Represent a range of insurer clients and selfinsureds
Handle preaction and litigated files through to trial with supervision where needed
Work alongside senior associates and partners on complex multitrack claims
Draft legal documents prepare court bundles attend hearings and advise clients on liability quantum and litigation risk
About You:
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2 years PQE
Strong experience in motor claims litigation ideally from a defendant background
Knowledge of CPR rules and claims handling protocols
Excellent communication and client care skills
Commercially aware with a practical solutionsdriven approach
