Job Description

- Permanent fulltime position

An exciting position to join our clinical team has become available for a motivated and passionate individual.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attend to and provide clinical care for our clients via home visits.
- Promote a strong customer focused culture.
- Ensure all documentation procedures and reporting meets relevant guidelines and legislation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
- Maintain up to date clear and accurate client care plans records and meet administrative requirements in accordance with policies procedures and funding guidelines.
The successful applicant will have:
- Current AHPRA Nursing registration (ESSENTIAL)
- Competency in the following clinical procedures Indwelling Catheter Change and CareSPC (Suprapubic Catheter) Changes and CareWound dressing changes and reviewInsulin administrationKnowledge and skill on conducting various clinical assessmentsTracheostomy Care
- Drivers license
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- High level of organisational skills
- Full Australian working rights
