Job Description

Your Title: University and Early Career Recruiter

Job Location: Dayton OH or Remote OH

Our Department: Corporate Talent Attraction

Are you a recruiting professional who loves providing strategic guidance and insights to hiring managers leadership and other functions across the business Do you enjoy spending time on university campuses and helping students find roles that fit their career aspirations If so then this position within our University and Early Careers team is for you!

What You Will Do

Trimble is looking for a dynamic relationshipdriven University and Early Career Recruiter to join our Global Talent Attraction Team. As the University and Early Career Recruiter you will execute initiatives to drive Trimbles hiring goals for early career intern and rotational programs globally. You will work with colleges universities and partners to cultivate longterm relationships in an effort to lead campus recruiting events and source and hire top talent. You will be the face of Trimble at campus events creating longterm relationships with university partners and building a pipeline of future leaders.

  • Partner with hiring managers PX and business stakeholders to identify early talent hiring needs and define recruitment strategies through best practices

  • Plan execute and attend oncampus and virtual events

  • Own fulllifecycle recruitment for campus recruiting across multiple functions including building our talent pipeline

  • Screen candidates schedule onsite interviews and drive selection process

  • Maintain longterm positive candidate and university partner relationships

  • Track and report key recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies and improve processes

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help continue to grow refine and scale our global early career strategy

  • Contribute to elevate our Trimble brand though online platforms and on campus

  • Travel about 20% annually with a heavier travel focus in the Fall season

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree

  • 2 years of related work experience preferably in HR/Recruiting

  • Strong communication public speaking and relationshipbuilding skills

  • Passion for early talent development

  • Experience using recruiting metrics and data to influence internal customers

  • Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Handshake Simplicity Workday and Eightfold Career Connection

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

  • Experience executing events and employer branding specific to early careers

What Skills & Experience You Could Bring

  • Innovative mindset and a desire to drive datadriven change

  • Experience designing internship or university partnership programs

  • Background in technical recruiting a plus

  • Previous university or campus recruiting experience in addition to working with faculty and career services to develop partnership is a plus

Pay Equity

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicants sex or other status protected by local state or federal law.
