The affiliated hospital Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center (SARMC) operates a 247 adult medicine hospitalist service. The adult medicine hospitalists are the primary admitting service for the vast majority of primary care providers in the Saint Alphonsus :Successful completion of NP or PA Graduate Program (Masters Level) AANP or ANCC certification for Nurse PractitionersNCCPA certification for Physician AssistantsCurrent unrestricted license in IdahoValid controlled substance registration with the Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA2 years of experience in Internal Medicine Family Practice or Urgent Care preferred not required
