Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects ensuring high standards of safety quality and customer satisfaction.
Develop and oversee project schedules budgets and resource allocations.
Collaborate with architects engineers subcontractors and clients to ensure alignment across all phases.
Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
Identify project risks and take proactive steps to address them.
Foster a collaborative supportive team environment mentor junior team members.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and delivery excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (preferred).
7 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Deep knowledge of construction processes building codes and safety standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore Microsoft Project).
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
