Job Description
Job Description:
- Corporate Governance: Assist in managing corporate governance matters including board meetings shareholder resolutions and corporate filings.
- Contract Review & Negotiation: Draft review and negotiate a variety of contracts including commercial agreements partnership agreements licensing agreements and NDAs
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant financial services regulations data protection laws and industryspecific rules. Support the team in responding to regulatory inquiries and audits.
- M&A & Investments: Assist in due diligence and legal aspects of mergers acquisitions joint ventures and investment transactions.
- Risk Management: Identify and advice on potential legal risks liabilities and exposures associated with the companys operations products and services.
- Litigation Support: Provide support in dispute resolution including managing external counsel and developing strategies to address legal challenges.
- Advisory Support: Provide daytoday legal advice to business teams on a variety of issues such as product development marketing intellectual property and customer agreements.
Qualification and Experience:
- LLB/LLM or Relevant Degree
- 24 Years of experience in Banking industry
- prior banking experience is mandatory
