Our client is a leading tech and digital services provider operating within the iGaming industry. As part of their continuous growth we are now seeking a B2B CRM Manager to join their team in Cyprus or Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multichannel CRM strategies through a data led approach to drive customer engagement and retention tailored to the look and feel of our clients B2B brands.
- Monitor and optimise CRM campaigns and customer journeys to improve customer experience
- Monitor KPIs related to customer engagement retention and revenue to provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Analyse customer behavior and assess its impact on business KPIs.
- Segment customers based on behaviors to tailor offers and come up with effective campaigns and promotions aimed at maximizing revenue and retention.
- Stay up to date with industry trends while also monitoring competitors to ensure brands maintain best practices and being competitive.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive promotion and offers that align with the overall business objectives.
Requirements;
- Degree in Marketing Business Admin or related would be preferred
- Proven CRM experience (B2B) within the iGaming industry
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Optimove Salesforce
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of the online gambling industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data derive actionable insights and drive strategic decisionmaking.
