Job Summary
The Sales Associate welcomes and advises international customers delivering a premium shopping experience while supporting sales brand image and compliance with airport procedures.
Main Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with personalized service.

Recommend products and drive sales through strong product knowledge.

Achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.

Operate the POS system and handle various payment methods.

Maintain store cleanliness restock shelves and follow visual guidelines.

Comply with airport security and safety regulations.
Main Requirements:

High school diploma required; sales or retail training is a plus.

Experience in retail especially dutyfree or luxury sales.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong sales and customer service skills.

Wellgroomed energetic and teamoriented.
