We are looking for a Cylinder Coordinator West to work in a friendly and organized environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
To support Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS) Sales on new business models implementations in the region and to follow up on changes inthe system Terms and Conditions and Customer Agreements.
To support WSS sales in the area in correct administration of the assets on board customer vessels responsible for tracking of cylinders analysing cylinder discrepancies and maintain correct balances onboardcustomers vessels.
To be responsible for correct registration and administration of Cylinders transfer.
Ensure correctness of cylinder commercial transactions in the region inclusion usage of system.
To be responsible for monitoring and solving cylinder commercial deviation activities.
Close relationship to customer pertaining to all cylinder commercial issues and challenges in cooperation withWSS Sales and Customer Service.
Monitor report and followup on Customers complaints/noncompliance to the cylinder business modelsagreed and to secure correct administration of the cylinder assets in customers possession.
To support and assure competence in the WSS network related to cylinder contract management and cylindercommercial issues including training in the area in the understanding of cylinder business act as a cylinderspecialist in the region.
To carry out analyses of cylinders onboard customers vessels and address irregularities with WSSmanagement and Sales in the area.
Prepare necessary documentation in close cooperation with Asset Invoicing Team (Cylinder Claims) forcylinder disputes related to any claim situation.
Provide continuous feedback to Process Owner Business Process Manager Asset Management Team ofany cylinder related challenges or new ideas
Required Experience And Skills:
Bachelor or similar degree in business related studies or relevant work experience.
Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
Turkish knowledge will be considered as additional advantage
Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
Excellent skills in interaction communication collaboration organization execution and cultural awareness.
Ability to adapt and respond to changes growth mindset by having a Can Do attitude forward leaning approach to strategy development growth activities and crossfunctional collaboration
Good analytical skills attention to details and follow through.
