This stipended position will be critical to the planning and implementation of Endterm valuable learning experiences before and after the Fall and Spring college semesters for participating Early College students.
Who
Were looking for SHS staff who have experience with developing curriculum networking with community and college partners and planning assessments. Familiarity with Early College preferred.
What
This person will be responsible for developing the Early College Endterm curriculum for students (Fall orientation Winter session and Spring session). This may include guest speakers and workshops learning activities and portfolio. Familiarity with experiential learning UDL or PBL preferred.

Why
Between Salem State University and North Shore Community college semesters high school students remain at high school. Funding will support stipends for staff planning Early College programming in between semesters including the following: developing curriculum in partnership with higher education partners and high school staff networking with community partners to add strategic student supports and developing Early College pathways and materials for student use.
