What Were Looking For
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
Able to pass a medical exam
Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs
Bonus Points (Preferred but not required):
Experience operating machinery
Familiarity with metalworking tools (drill press chop saw band saw)
Forklift operation experience
Inventory management skills
What Youll Be Doing
As part of our manufacturing team youll play a key role in producing the components that keep our systems running safely and reliably. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating machinery and assembling lightning protection components
Tracking inventory and managing raw materials
Keeping production clean efficient and organized (lean/5S environment)
Driving to pick up and deliver materials
Recording production data and minimizing waste
Performing basic maintenance and cleaning on equipment
Packing shipping and receiving goods
