About the opportunity

Sydecar is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This individual will play a critical role in driving the success of Sydecars products by developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of our offerings to venture capital managers syndicate leads and other investment professionals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product positioning messaging and gotomarket execution.

What youll be doing

  • Lead gotomarket strategies for new products and features ensuring successful launches that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.

  • Develop and maintain clear product positioning messaging frameworks and value propositions that clearly communicate Sydecars solutions to target audiences.

  • Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to understand user feedback and optimize messaging positioning and user experience.

  • Create and deliver highimpact sales enablement materials including product decks competitive battlecards onepagers and customer case studies.

  • Partner with the content marketing team to develop productfocused content including blogs webinars whitepapers and customer success stories.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives using data to drive continuous improvement and optimize ROI.

  • Work closely with product engineering sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product goals and messaging.

What were looking for

  • At least 2 years of product marketing experience.

  • At least 4 years of B2B marketing experience ideally in a startup environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

  • Track record of successfully launching new products or features and driving adoption through effective gotomarket strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

  • Experience setting marketing KPIs identifying key drivers of success and managing performance to those goals.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Comfort working crossfunctionally with product engineering sales and customer success teams to align on goals.

  • Datadriven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance using analytics tools.

  • Clear concise and persuasive writing skills with experience creating customerfacing content.

Bonus if you have

  • Experience in a B2B fintech startup.

  • Experience in the venture capital or private markets industries.

  • Graphic design skills for creating polished product collateral.
