The Connection Talent Acquisition team is looking for a TA and Onboarding Specialist!

If you are organized collaborative and highly attentive to detail with an outgoing positive attitude then this position is for you!

Join our team! In this pivotal Talent Acquisition role you will get to:

• Owns and executes new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing onboarding content conducting sessions
• Ensures the applicant tracking systems integrity and compliance of candidate and new hire data.
• Monitors the applicant data and follows up with the candidate on missing data.
• Completes I9s with new hires and ensures full compliance with needed documentation.
• Conducts necessary background checks and reference checks on candidates prior to the candidate starting with Connection
• Provides applicant tracking system (ICIMS) reporting
• Manages employee records file maintenance (paper or electronic) to ensure completeness of new hire paperwork proper filing of all documents and organization of terminated employee files.
• Manages assigned HR programs such as employee referral volunteer time off programs etc.
• Manages the Connection Intern Program
• Monitors employee referral program organizing ERP process including content referral communication and managing bonus requests.
• Coordinates HRrelated programs onsite and virtually including employee focused events volunteer time off programs (VTO) etc.
• Manages relationships with marketing to aid in employer brand efforts.
• Manages Glassdoor reviews and looks for themes to share with HRBPs to work with business units on improvements.
• Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to execute recruitment processes and administration in alignment with business needs.
• Works with the TA team to post accurate and engaging job postings for job boards social media and other internal/external sites.
• May coordinate interviews and meetings by working closely with the Talent Acquisition team hiring managers and staff across the organization.
• May conduct an initial screening to obtain details on work history education training job skills and salary requirements.
• Partners with recruiters and the training department to ensure the successful handoff of finalist candidates from recruitment to the onboarding process.
• Prospects organizes and prepares materials for career fairs both onsite and virtual (may attend campus programs)
• Partners with the Total Rewards department to develop recruiting collateral for candidates outlining Connections employer value proposition.
