JOB SUMMARY:
Performs office duties under regular supervision for Entertainment by performing the following duties.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers and/or fields phone calls visitors and questions from Internal/External guests. Directs questions and/or people to the appropriate person and/or department (when applicable). Compiles and updates call ins for division. Prepares and distributes documents and reports on a regular basis. Maintains Division wide contact information. Maintains department files logs and records as needed. Utilizes technology such as computers and multifunction copier to perform office duties. Communicates information in a timely and confidential manner.
- Answers questions from Internal/External guests to the best of ability and/or directs inquiries to appropriate person. Collects organizes and distributes incoming and outgoing electronic mail and/or postal mail. Manages building printers and verifies resources are available and stocked.
- Provides additional support as needed may include special projects maintaining inventory and/or distributing tools and resources. Responsible for training and onboarding new team members on departmental office procedures.
- Maintains break spaces ensuring area is adequately stocked and organized.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- High school degree or GED is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 years of clerical customer service computer experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Three days learning company policies and procedures.
- Required to perform simple computer tasks and pass the Internal Staffing test for Word Excel and typing.
- Typing speed of 25 wpm required.
