Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detailedoriented individual for our Accounts Receivable Specialist position to join our finance team. This position is a Monday through Friday dayshift position. Starting wage is $18.00 with additional $0.25 per year of experience with a cap of 15 years.
Job Position:
In this role you will be responsible for managing incoming payments ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing and maintaining strong relationship with clients to support timely collections.
Full time with Paid Time off and holidays
Insurance starts on day one of start date. (Health dental and vision available)
Qualifications:
Hight School diploma or equivalent( Associate degree or higher in Accounting Business or related fields preferred)
2 years of experience in accounts receivable or medical billing
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Skills:
strong attention to details
excellent communication and customer service abilities
must function independently have work flexibility person integrity ability to work effectively and harmoniously with residents family members coworkers and support agencies.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadlinedriven environment.
