JOB GOAL:To assure the smooth and efficient operation of the main office through the provision of quality work sound decisionmaking effective relationships and professional commitment which provide maximum support for education at Somerset Berkley Regional High RESPONSIBILITIES: usual office routines such as managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence receiving and routing all incoming calls and scheduling and maintaining the student records on the student database (Aspen) as required. and designs systems to protect the confidential nature of student parent and staff in a highly professional manner with principal students parents and staff and other internal or external specialists who interact with the school. all deadlines for reports that are generated at the request of the Principal or Central Office. the flow of work and the associated records in an efficient manner. advantage of professional development opportunities to upgrade skills including computer software and hardware skills and office concerns to the attention of the school administrator in a timely appropriate and confidential manner.9. Performs under pressure by prioritizing responsibilities and utilizing sound problem solving skills.10. Performs other duties as assigned by the principal.
