In this pivotal role you willexpand the reach and capabilities of our already active Enterprise AI Center of Excellence (COE) which you will help to enhance further. You will set the standard for AI governance and foster strategic partnerships within the AI ecosystem. You will connect Mars with leading external partners including universities and technology companies to cocreate pilot initiatives and ensure that every associate has access to toptier learning resources. By cultivating an inclusive Generative AI community through forums hackathons and workshops you will empower our teams to thrive in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI. Experience:57 years in product or program management management/IT consulting talent development or community enablement ideally in AI data or technology domains.
Education: Bachelors degree.
Knowledge:Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and handson familiarity with Gen AI platforms (e.g. OpenAI Hugging Face Azure OpenAI).
Partnership Skills:Proven ability to establish and manage external partnerships that drive innovation.
Communication:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills comfortable engaging both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Project Management:Strong organizational prioritization and project management skills; adept at juggling multiple initiatives in a fastpaced environment.
Training Experience:Experience designing and delivering training or learning programs for adult professionals.
Capability Building:Design and execute productstyle roadmaps to grow AI skills enterprisewide prioritizing features by user impact.
Thought Leadership:Collaborate with business and digital leaders to define the vision and adoption metrics for Gen AI enablement products and evangelize insights companywide.
Recruitment Assistance:Partner with Talent Acquisition to define AI talent profiles and assist in onboarding new hires into the Gen AI community.
Partnerships:Establish relationships with universities research institutions and technology companies to cocreate pilot feature releases.
Community Engagement:Cultivate an inclusive Generative AI community that encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration through forums hackathons and demo days.
Training Programs:Develop and deliver workshops and seminars to upskill associates on AI tools and responsible use practices.
Best Practices:Champion the adoption of AI standards and governance guidelines across all functions.
Resource Development:Create and maintain a centralized repository of AI documentation and learning materials.
Performance Tracking:Define KPIs measure program performance and adjust initiatives through datadriven sprints.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:Partner with segment digital teams to facilitate Gen AI talent integration and support priority use cases.
Work with diverse and talented Associates all guided by the Five Principles.
