Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Eastbourne
Job Type: Permanent fulltime
Hours: 40 hours per week rota has not been finalised but will included evenings until 7.30pm and some weekend cover (Flexibility needed for covering sickness and leave. This may include weekends)
Your role and responsibilities
St Annes Vet Group in Eastbourne are recruiting for a Client Care Associate to join their Reception team. In this role you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills whilst working with a friendly and supportive team. To join our amazing team we are looking for a friendly efficient individual with excellent telephone manners and people skills.
The role of receptionist is extremely important as youll create the first impression of our practice. Clients and visitors should be welcomed in a warm friendly courteous and professional manner. This role is a varied and interesting role and can be emotionally and physically demanding. A proactive approach is required and relevant experience working with the public.
Dealing with clients attending appointments with their pets both face to face and over the telephone
Booking appointments and dealing with customer queries
Front of house reception meeting and greeting clients on arrival with their pets
Updating patient records and registering clients on our practice management system
General ad hoc admin duties.
