About Hospital

Our hospital is conveniently located on the outskirts of Chelmsford with plenty of free parking onsite. The hospital has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for patients who are selffunding treatment patients with health insurance or NHS patients exercising choice through the ereferral system.

We are proud to work with over 200 of the most experienced and qualified consultants locally most of whom also have substantive posts within the NHS. Our consultants are supported by a team of highly skilled and friendly nursing staff who have your care and comfort as their highest priority and our Resident Medical Officer who is on site 24 hours a day.

  • Help lead the team by working closely with the Outpatient Manager
  • You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes.

  • Demonstrate excellent and a high standard of clinical practice with excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Prioritise patients health and wellbeing across a complex pathway and changing caseload.
  • Communicate delivery and outcomes of care to patients and to other members of the team.
  • Develop excellent working relationships.
  • Maintain excellent standards with infection control.

What youll bring with you

  • Registered nursing qualification or equivalent
  • Leadership experience within a Hospital environment.
  • Registered with the NMC
  • Recent post qualification surgical experience
  • Experience of a team approach to care delivery
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment andindependently as required
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills
  • Demonstrated Computer Skills
