Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the adherence to ISO 45001 ISO 14001 IATF 16949 ISO 9001 all Johnson Electric policies and any other industry standards in all activities
  • Working with the Automation team of the company
  • Interaction with production operators technicians and other key resources to assist with the documentation standardization and improvement of processes
  • Create and Update our PM system
  • Create & maintain documentation for new and existing assembly lines
  • Creating and updating electrical schematics for new and current projects
  • PLC and HMI programming support working with senior controls specialists
  • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications Education And / or Experience:

  • Working toward a technical degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology/Mechatronics or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar previous coop considered an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Independent and selfmotivated worker
  • Hands on experience is a PLUS
  • Committed to meeting deadline requirements
  • Willing and able to multitask and change priorities based on organizational needs
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Software
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally at all levels of the organization
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
