Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the adherence to ISO 45001 ISO 14001 IATF 16949 ISO 9001 all Johnson Electric policies and any other industry standards in all activities
- Working with the Automation team of the company
- Interaction with production operators technicians and other key resources to assist with the documentation standardization and improvement of processes
- Create and Update our PM system
- Create & maintain documentation for new and existing assembly lines
- Creating and updating electrical schematics for new and current projects
- PLC and HMI programming support working with senior controls specialists
- Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications Education And / or Experience:
- Working toward a technical degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology/Mechatronics or equivalent
- Experience in a similar previous coop considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Independent and selfmotivated worker
- Hands on experience is a PLUS
- Committed to meeting deadline requirements
- Willing and able to multitask and change priorities based on organizational needs
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Software
- Troubleshooting skills
- Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally at all levels of the organization
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
