In this role you will:

In a typical day you will:

  • Coach and support your team by offering guidance to help achieve individual team and University goalsfostering a respectful inclusive and collaborative environment through effective communication and rapportbuilding.
  • Lead by example by demonstrating professional and ethical behaviour consulting relevant resources and seeking expert advice to make informed decisions.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders by responding promptly to queries or concerns tailoring communication to diverse audiences and ensuring needs are met to agreed standards.
  • Plan and prioritise your work with a methodical and organised approachtracking progress managing time effectively and taking responsibility for meeting personal and team objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by embracing new ideas providing constructive feedback supporting colleagues through change and helping deliver efficient highquality outcomes.

To be successful youll have:

  • Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • Completion of a PostTrades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures policies and procedures.
  • Experience in operating in a highpressure diverse environment involving face to face phone and written communication.
  • Experience providing services and support in a large organisation.
  • Experience in a fundraising environment (desirable).
  • Experience with Donor Alumni Student HR or similar complex relationship management databases (desirable).
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping (desirable).
