The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Program Manager/Recruiter for our University Recruiting team in India. This role combines strategic program management with handson recruitment to attract and hire top university talent for our Internship program AddeU. You will be responsible for developing and executing university recruitment strategies building relationships with academic institutions and ensuring a seamless candidate experience in addition to managing the program when interns are onboarded. If youre motivated resourceful and thrive in a fastpaced environment we would love to hear from are seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to develop and implement university recruitment strategies. This role involves building relationships with universities managing the intern program upon onboarding and ensuring a positive candidate experience in a dynamic environment.

This is a contract role to start with possibility of extension.

This will be the first ever Recruitment Program Manager across Addepar APAC !

What Youll Do

Program Management:

  • Develop and implement university recruiting programs and initiatives aligned with the companys talent acquisition strategy.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of university recruiting efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate campus engagement activities including career fairs workshops and information sessions.

Recruitment:

  • Source screen and interview candidates from universities and colleges across India.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university career services faculty and student organizations to enhance visibility and outreach.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders providing regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys presence in the university space.
  • Stay updated on industry trends university recruitment practices and competitor strategies.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on university recruiting or campus engagement.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and university recruitment practices.
  • Must have hands on knowledge and understanding of university hiring cycle and important dates (Day 01) for shortlisted colleges
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must have experience with using modern ATS such as Greenhouse and other recruiting tools and sources
  • Have worked with teams globally across multiple offices
  • Important Note This is a hybrid role and requires working from our Pune office at least 3 days a week
  • Experience with branding will be highly preferred
