We are hiring IT Help Desk Technician in Edmond OK Job Summary Pinnacle Business Systems is currently hiring a customerfocused IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to our employees and managed customers to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with a strong understanding of hardware software and networking and will be committed to delivering exceptional service to all endusers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide technical support to endusers via phone email or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and networking issues.
- Assist with setting up and configuring workstations software and hardware.
- Document and track issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates backups and system checks.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering timely and professional support.
- Provide training to endusers on ITrelated topics as needed.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements - Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows macOS and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (e.g. TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
- Experience with Active Directory Office 365 and remote support tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Customer serviceoriented with a patient and empathetic approach.
This position is not remote candidate will be required to be in our Edmond office.
