YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving and delivering stock and nonstock items; and loading and unloading orders.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Performing warehouserelated duties and tasks as assigned

• Receive incoming deliveries and check for accuracy using packing slips

• Log all incoming deliveries into our warehouse management system

• Utilize mobile technology to enter information into our warehouse management system

• Stock inventory from receiving into the correct locations

• Maintain accurate shipping records for outbound deliveries via the warehouse management system

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

• Ensure the safe operation of vehicles and equipment

• Maintain a clean driving record

• The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to those listed above and other duties may be assigned

WHAT YOULL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel etc.)

• Ability to use mobile electronic devices to perform basic job functions

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks changing priorities as necessary

• Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude

• Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position

• Ability to be selfmotivated proactive and an effective team player

• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees both management and staff alike vendors clients and others

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 6 months previous warehouse and driving experience

• Can be a combination of education training and relevant experience

TRAVEL:

• 50%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• General work environment sitting for long periods standing walking typing carrying pushing bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning

• Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

• Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
