The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Sanitation Team Lead to work at our processing facility in Fort Myers Fl. Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
The incumbent shall be primary responsibility for maintaining an efficient sanitation operation in support of production by utilizing allotted resources to ensure equipment is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with established standards utilizing approved procedures. To meet this objective this position manages the sanitation process in a manner necessary to meet or exceed quality safety productivity and cost standards. The position will provide guidance and leadership to develop a highperformance team; One that is selfdirected motivated innovative dependent upon the contributions of every individual and properly trained to meet the changing requirements of the operation

Responsibilities & Duties:
Maintain equipment in assigned area of responsibility to maximize uptime
* Work with production to ensure all quality standards are met
* Work with production to ensure expected production volumes are met
* Perform preventive maintenance as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 12 Years Supervisory Experience
Minimum 2 Years Industrial Food Processing Experience
Demonstrated Ability to communicate verbally and in Writing (English)
High Level of Mechanical Aptitude (Operator Experience Preferred)
Demonstrated Ability to Perform Basic Mathematical Calculations
Computer Proficiency Preferred (Word Processing and Spreadsheets)
Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk throughout the production floor up to 100% of day
Demonstrated Ability to Motivate Instruct and Lead a Team of Employees.
