Job Description

Surfside Commercial Laundry is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support our management and operations teams. This role plays a key part in keeping the business running smoothly by handling daily administrative tasks supporting internal communications and utilizing LinenTech software to manage inventory orders and customer service functions efficiently. This position must be able to work out of South Alabama or the Florida Panhandle.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing answering phones data entry scheduling and email correspondence
  • Support management with reporting documentation and daily operational tasks.
  • Use LinenTech to track linen inventory generate invoices process orders and monitor customer accounts
  • Coordinate with production delivery and customer service teams to ensure order accuracy and timely communication
  • Maintain and update customer and vendor records
  • Take payments from customers and accurately record transactions
  • Prepare reports spreadsheets and documentation for internal use and external audits
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and internal communication processes
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional communication

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with LinenTech or similar commercial laundry management software is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel Word and email platforms.
  • Excellent organizational communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
