We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurialPhysicianswith adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers.
Physician (M.D./D.O.) Per Diem Rate: : $130/hour $140/hour (specialty training and experience based range)

Additionally we have two Excellent Bonus Program(for fulltime or parttime): - Daily Volume Bonuspaid monthlybased on patient visit metrics met per shift(to reward those who work at the busier centers).
- Quarterly Bonusof up to 5% on top of your clinical base salary based upon patient satisfaction scores and quality measures.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Physicians:BC in Family Medicine MedPeds or Emergency Medicine
- 12 years experience in either an urgent care or emergency room setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures casts splints etc.) reading EKGs and Xrays.
