We are YSS!
YSS is seeking a compassionate and committed PM Shift Lead to join our Ember Residential Recovery Team. This leadership role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of young people while contributing to a missiondriven team. Responsibilities include:
- Building strong therapeutic relationships with youth in our care
- Maintaining a structured environment by enforcing rules and applying consistent consequences
- Collaborating with clinical and leadership teams to support each youths treatment plan
- Overseeing evening (3:00 pm 11:00 pm) operations including shift documentation and incident reporting
- Supervising coach and provide regular feedback to Recovery Specialists
- Assisting with staff development and performance evaluations in partnership with leadership
- Communicating professionally with families caseworkers and external partners as needed
- Maintaining all required training and certifications and participating in the oncall rotation

- A Bachelors degree.
- Youve got at least 1 yearof related experience.
