POSITION: Senior Director Service Manager AI
LOCATION: 6555 State Highway 161 Irving TX 75039
JOB DUTIES: Manage and lead the AI/ML team setting clear objectives and ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives. Oversee the design development and deployment of machine learning models and AI solutions ensuring to meet quality standards and business requirements. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Data Science IT Product Development and Operations to integrate AI/ML capabilities. Monitor industry trends and maintain uptodate knowledge of technological advancements to ensure the adoption of best practices in AI/ML. Manage budgets and resources ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. 100% telecommuting allowed from any location in the U.S. 20% domestic travel required.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Engineering Data Science or a related field and Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Service Manager of Digital Mindset IT Product Manager Technical Program Manager Technology Lead or related occupation.
Applicant must have 8 years demonstrated experience in each of the following:
- Natural Language Processing (NLP) Computer Vision and other AI domains such as Large Language Models Cognitive Technologies and Machine Learning;
- Cloud platforms and AWS Azure or Google Cloud;
- AI Gen AI Automation RAG RPA.
OFFERED WAGE: $229400 $382300/year
