WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Drive innovation by leading the development of AIbased systems that will redefine whats possible in sports
- Design develop and maintain scalable fullstack web applications integrating AI/ML models
- Collaborate on building PACETEQs unified Sports Data Platform
- Implement backend services RESTful APIs and frontend UIs in modern JavaScript frameworks (React or similar)
- Integrate ML models into production systems
- Help define software architecture that supports realtime decision intelligence for sports
- Contribute to DevOps and ML Ops pipelines.
- Learn and grow through crossfunctional projects with a crew of embedded engineers application developers and sports experts
- Operate with speed and precision in a performancedriven environment
- Report directly to our CTO and work shouldertoshoulder with the CEO when the stakes are high
WHAT YOU BRING
- 36 years experience in fullstack engineering with exposure to AI/ML
- Proficiency with JavaScript React and other web technologies
- Handson experience deploying machine learning models in a production environment
- Strong API design skills (REST / GraphQL)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) cloud platforms (AWS) CI/CD
- Familiarity with AI tools/libraries (scikitlearn PyTorch/TensorFlow OpenCV etc.)
- High accountability and ownership: able to independently deliver full features
- Strong verbal written communication in English
- Adaptable mindset solving technical challenges in fastmoving environments
