We are looking for a Sales Analyst to help us turn raw data into actionable insights that accelerate our sales performance optimize key processes and drive revenue growth. What Youll Do

  • Partner with Sales Operations Enablement and Revenue leaders to analyze sales trends performance metrics and conversion patterns across channels
  • Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs that provide visibility into pipeline health rep productivity lead conversion and revenue attribution
  • Identify bottlenecks risks and opportunities across the sales funnel and surface insights to drive decisionmaking and performance
  • Support forecasting territory planning and sales compensation analysis
  • Ensure data cleanliness consistency and usability across Salesforce and adjacent tools (e.g. HubSpot ZoomInfo Excel/Sheets)
  • Work crossfunctionally with Marketing Finance and Growth teams to build cohesive performance narratives
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and modeling support for leadership to assess business opportunities and strategic initiatives

What Youll Bring

  • 24 years of experience in Sales Revenue or Business Analytics ideally within a highgrowth datadriven environment
  • Experience working with sales tools (e.g. Salesforce Looker Tableau Excel/Sheets SQL etc.)
  • Experience in a healthcare health tech or B2B SaaS environment is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business recommendations
  • High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker Tableau Power BI)
  • Familiarity with CRM reporting (Salesforce preferred)
  • Clear communication skills written and verbal and a collaborative approach to crossfunctional work
  • Detailoriented with a drive to proactively identify and solve business problems

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting GTM teams (Sales Marketing CX) with reporting and strategic insights
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and scaling data practices in a growing organization
  • Understanding of sales funnel metrics CAC/LTV conversion rates and forecasting models

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $80000 CAD$120000 CAD depending upon experience
