Veterans Transition ProgramCyber Exercise Support and Assessments Lead

The Veterans Transition Program is designed to support veterans in making the transition from military life to the civilian workforce. The Program offers participants the opportunity to work at the worlds largest asset manager for six months. On completion of the Program successful participants will be offered permanent employment at BlackRock.

The program begins with an orientation where youll learn about BlackRocks principles mission purpose and culture. Youll learn about the asset management industry and get an indepth look at how BlackRock serves its clients. Following orientation youll join your team and gain insights into the daytoday life of an Associate as you develop subjectmatter expertise through onthejob learning and our industryleading technology Aladdin.

Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the design and facilitation of engaging information securitythemed cyber exercises. The ideal candidate will apply their cybersecurity expertise and collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create highquality realistic scenarios and instructional content. In this dual role the candidate will also serve as the lead for cyber assessments leveraging a strong understanding of threat actors tactics techniques and procedures (TTPs) to coordinate employee assessments. This includes managing phishing simulations using Microsoft Attack Simulator and overseeing vishing campaigns through external vendors. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing assessment outcomes using Power BI and summarizing key findings in reports for firm leadership. Strong communication skills are essential as the role requires public speaking and the ability to guide diverse audiences through complex technical discussions. Proficiency in technical writing and advanced PowerPoint design is also required. Experience delivering training instruction in both inperson and live virtual formats is highly valued.
