Job Description
Are you passionate about empowering innovative startups to succeed in the cloud computing era Do you have a proven track record in architecting and delivering solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS) If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Solutions Architect.
As a Solutions Architect you will be a key technical leader and trusted advisor for our startup customers helping them architect design and build scalable reliable and costeffective solutions on the AWS platform. Youll collaborate closely with customers technical and business leadership understanding their business goals technical requirements and challenges to craft optimal cloudbased solutions that drive innovation and accelerate timetomarket for their products.
Key job responsibilities
Work closely with startup customers to understand their technical requirements business objectives and growth plans and then architect AWSbased solutions that align with their goals.
Lead technical discussions present best practices and guide startups on AWS architecture services and solutions to ensure scalability performance and costeffectiveness.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Sales Product and Support to provide comprehensive solutions to startups addressing their specific needs and driving successful outcomes.
Design and implement proofofconcepts (POCs) and reference architectures to showcase the value of AWS services and demonstrate their potential impact on the customers business.
Stay uptodate with AWS services industry trends and best practices share this knowledge within the team and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Participate in workshops webinars and events to evangelize AWS solutions for startups and contribute to the growth of the AWS startup ecosystem.

2 years of design implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
4 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data & analytics) experience
Experience working within software development or Internetrelated industries
Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
Experience working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare life sciences fintech or web3.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
