The Business Team

As a Tapster you will:
- Partner with the business team to provide preclose consulting for the customer to manage expectations.
- Serve as a liaison for integration and any future technical conversations for merchants.
- Understand and anticipate the customers business needs and configure their account settings while ensuring a smooth activation process.
- Ensure customers data is successfully ingested
- Identify any customer cancellation/churn risks
- Collaborate regularly with Sales Product Engineering Finance and other Customer Experience teams to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing customer satisfaction
- Be competent in technical discussions around APIs and plugins supporting merchants with integrations and technical requests
- Carry out other duties as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role
What you will bring to the party:
- 12 years of rolespecific experience in Financial Services/Fintech/HighGrowth Startups
- Preferred degree but realworld experience is also accepted.
- Ability to establish credibility and internal relationships
- Understanding of client/merchant/stakeholder care
- Awareness of how your role supports the business
- Enthusiasm for working in a growing fintech
- Ability to work in a team and follow daily tasks
- Skills and knowledge to actively participate in meetings
- Ability to deliver work on time
- Positive attitude and productive under pressure
- Problemsolving and quickthinking skills
- Ability to organize information and ask relevant questions
- Strong communication skills in English with a preference for Arabic language ability
