A longestablished and trusted global brokerage is seeking a Head of Institutional Sales to drive growth across its institutional division. With over 30 years of industry presence this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency innovation and client success offering a broad range of CFD products including forex commodities indices and more.

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced institutional sales professional looking to make a significant impact within a regulated stable and growthfocused brokerage. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of a commercial strategy targeting institutional clients such as brokers hedge funds and proprietary trading firms while also managing and growing a dedicated sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a revenuefocused institutional sales strategy targeting key global markets.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of institutional accounts including onboarding platform setup and ongoing relationship management.
  • Proactively handle inbound institutional enquiries and initiate outbound outreach to build a strong client pipeline.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for institutional partners ensuring strong communication and value delivery.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to track report and grow relationships with both new and existing institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing Tech Compliance Operations) to align sales goals with business delivery.
  • Represent the brand externally at institutional sales events conferences and meetings.
  • Build lead and mentor a highperforming institutional sales team.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant compliance standards and regulatory guidelines.

Ideal profile

  • Proven experience in institutional sales within the FX/CFD or broader capital markets industry.
  • Strong existing network of institutional contacts and ability to independently open new doors.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience leading and growing a commercial sales function.
  • Deep understanding of trading technology client onboarding and regulatory requirements in the brokerage space.
