Tasks
Role Overview
As a Startup Associate you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and operations of our company. This role is ideal for a highly motivated adaptable professional who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic startup environment. You will work closely with leadership across business development operations and strategy to drive key initiatives and ensure smooth execution of company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daytoday operations including business development partnerships and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research competitive analysis and datadriven insights to inform decisionmaking.
- Assist in managing relationships with clients investors and strategic partners.
- Develop pitch decks reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency.
- Help build company culture support hiring efforts and contribute to team growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business life sciences engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in consulting venture capital business operations or a startup environment (experience in healthcare biotech or AI is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling market analysis or strategy development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive solutionoriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced evolving environment.
