Tracking sales performance preparing reports and forecasting future sales.
Customer Service:
Addressing customer inquiries resolving complaints and providing postsales support.
Market Research:
Staying informed about industry trends competitors and emerging market opportunities.
Collaborating with Internal Teams:
Working with marketing sales support and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Attending Industry Events:
Participating in trade fairs conferences and industry events to promote the company's offerings and generate leads.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identifying potential clients and generating leads through various methods like cold calling networking and social media.
