About the Role:
We are looking for a WebLogic Administrator with 5 years of experience who is an immediate joiner and based in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Administer and manage WebLogic servers across various environments.
-
Create and configure managed servers within WebLogic domains.
-
Apply patches and updates to WebLogic infrastructure as needed.
-
Provide support during Disaster Recovery (DCDR) drills.
-
Finetune WebLogic parameters to ensure optimal performance.
-
Maintain compliance with defined SLAs and ensure high availability.
-
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
-
Work collaboratively as part of a crossfunctional support team.
Key Requirements (Mandatory):
-
Strong handson experience with WebLogic server administration.
-
Proven track record of working on Disaster Recovery (DCDR) drills.
-
Expertise in WebLogic Server Management including creation and maintenance of WebLogic servers.

Proficiency in managing and configuring Oracle HTTP Server (OHS).
-
Indepth understanding of how to finetune WebLogic parameters for optimal system performance.

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with client and team members
