- Oversee daytoday online sales and operations on assigned platforms
- Provide ecommerce category analysis and insights

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily ecommerce operations ensuring timely execution of tasks such as product uploads content updates stock monitoring and order management.
- Supervise endtoend campaign planning from ideation briefing and execution to postcampaign analysis.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Marketing Graphics Inventory Customer Service) to drive sales meet KPIs and deliver a seamless online shopping experience.
- Monitor platformspecific requirements promotional mechanics and pricing strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze online sales performance traffic data and customer behavior to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Lead the implementation of promotional strategies that enhance product visibility and maximize conversions.
- Manage ecommerce inventory allocation and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Organize testandlearn projects to drive innovation in online selling strategies.
- Provide leadership and direction to the ecommerce admin team including performance evaluation training and coaching.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ecommerce operations or online retail preferably with experience in marketplaces such as Shopify Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Proven experience in team supervision or leadership.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce campaign mechanics and platform tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a datadriven mindset.
- Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Techsavvy and comfortable working in a fastpaced digital environment.
- Proficient in Excel
