Job Description

Our client is a fastpaced company at the intersection of functionality and design offering tailored window blind solutions that elevate interior spaces. From contemporary apartments to corporate offices and hospitality venues they provide products that blend style privacy and durability. Known for their commitment to customer satisfaction and innovative designs the company is building a strong footprint in the interior d cor market and is seeking a dedicated Sales Personnel to support their next phase of growth.

They are currently seeking a smart proactive Sales Executive to join their team and support sales efforts across Lagos and beyond.


JOB SUMMARY




This role is perfect for a confident and creative graduate with a strong interest in sales client interaction and interior aesthetics. As a Sales Executive you will actively engage potential customers recommend suitable window blind solutions and guide them through the sales process from inquiry to installation. You ll work closely with the business development team to identify leads build relationships and deliver exceptional service.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Generate and pursue sales leads through referrals field visits social media and cold outreach.

  • Conduct client consultations to understand space requirements and recommend appropriate products.

  • Develop and present customized proposals quotations and sales pitches.

  • Manage the sales pipeline by following up on leads tracking inquiries and closing deals.

  • Support customers during order placement product customization and delivery coordination.

  • Maintain accurate records using CRM or reporting tools.

  • Collaborate with installation and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.

  • Stay informed on product specifications design trends and market competition.




Requirements

  • A Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Mass Communication Interior Design or any related field.

  • Must have completed NYSC.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • A strong interest in sales design and customer engagement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

  • Energetic selfmotivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
