Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager
Location: Chennai
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in handling large enterprise accounts government accounts and familiarity with the AudioVisual (AV) industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing highvalue relationships and driving sales growth within these sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of large enterprise and government accounts ensuring strong relationships at multiple levels within the client organization.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
Craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals within the enterprise and government sectors.
Identify new business opportunities including upselling and crossselling AV solutions and expand the company s footprint within existing accounts.
Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape emerging trends and opportunities within the enterprise and government sectors.
Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining longterm relationships.
Work closely with internal teams including marketing product management and technical support to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management on account status pipeline development and sales performance.
Utilize CRM tools to track all sales activities customer interactions and outcomes.
Minimum of 710 years of experience in enterprise sales with a focus on large enterprise and government accounts.
Proven track record in the AudioVisual (AV) industry is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing large deals.
Strong understanding of AV technologies and solutions.
Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with Clevel executives and decisionmakers.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
